The Children’s Clinic of Nashville, a pediatric office located in Nashville, TN, is looking for a Medical Assistant (MA degree/certification required). We are looking for a serious, dependable individual seeking a FULL-TIME position.
Description of some job responsibilities and standards is intended to reflect the major responsibilities and duties of the job, but not intended to describe minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned:
Under the supervision of the Physicians and Office Manger and within the scope of our practice and established policies and procedures: provide patient care under the supervision of the physician; knowledge and proficiency in professional nursing theory; knowledge of examination, diagnosis and treatment room procedures; skill in administering immunizations, drawing blood, taking vital signs, taking medical history, and maintenance of records; ability to maintain quality control standards and confidentiality of sensitive information; and skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.
Specifics regarding the position:
32 hours a wk (full time).
One to Two Saturdays a month (9:00 am – 11:30 am).
One late night a week (till 6pm).

This is a pediatric office owned and operated by four Doctors. The patient’s age range is zero to 21.
