Well-established private Single Specialty Pediatric Group open since 1996 is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible general pediatrician.
Join Dr. Satish Prabhu (owner-he practices part time) along 7 Pediatric NP’s and 2 PA’s. Mostly Outpatient- Newborn rounding only.
A pediatrician is departing at the end of the year, but the practice and community are growing and we will be seeking another pediatrician in 2020 or 2021. The practice is a Certified Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home qualifying for excellent quality of care. 5 day work-week (4 days of patient contact, 1 day for administrative work- if needed).
Office is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mid-level providers see patients Saturday 8 a.m. – Noon. Providers with mature practices average 25 patient encounters per day. Our EMR is eClinical Works (eCW). Our physicians share a 1:4 Hospital Call (office call, nurse triaged) with another pediatric practice. Sick children are generally admitted to Vanderbilt. The only Inpatient work will be some Newborn Rounding at Tennova – Clarksville. No C-Sections, Delivery Coverage or Admits. Level 3 is Vanderbilt.
Strong preference for provider to live in the community – no Nashville commuters. Must live within a 30-minute drive of our clinic.
