Description:
Well-established private Single Specialty Pediatric Group open since 1996 is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Join Dr. Satish Prabhu (owner-he practices part time), Dr. Jan Floyd, 7 Pediatric NP’s and 2 PA’s. A long-term employee nurse practitioner with a large patient panel is departing in November, but the practice and community are growing rapidly. Two years’ medical clinic experience (preferably primary care) experience is required. Spanish language skills would be a plus. The practice is a Certified Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home qualifying for excellent quality of care. 5 day work-week, plus Saturday clinic (1-in-4 to 1-in-9 rotation, depending on season). Office is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – Noon. Providers with mature practices average 25 patient encounters per day. Our EMR is eClinical Works (eCW). Sick children are generally admitted to Vanderbilt. Compensation is a salary ($80,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience) plus a potentially large performance–based incentive.
